Giants call up Posey and Runzler

The Giants called up two of their top players from the minor leagues. Buster Posey, their 2008 first round pick, was considered the top catching prospect in the minor leagues. Dan Runzler. their 2007 ninth round pick, has made a rapid ascent through the minor leagues (the major league team is his fifth stop this year). In his first game with the Giants, Runzler faced one batter and struck him out on three pitches. How do you think Posey and Runzler will help the Giants for this year and beyond? Comment with your input.

Giants Add Penny, Superb in First Start

The Giants signed Brad Penny to a minor league deal, hoping that he could fill the hole that they had at the fifth spot in the rotation. In his first start, he did more than that, going eight scoreless innings. How well do you think Penny will do for the Giants down the stretch? Comment with your input.
